Because our products are custom-made, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is damaged or defective.

 

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to resolve the issue.

 

 

 How to Start a Return

 

 

  1. Contact us within 7 business days of delivery.

  2. We’ll provide an email address where you can send clear photos of the damage along with a brief description.

  3. Our team will review your request within 4 business days.

  4. If approved, we’ll issue a Return Authorization.

 

 Return Details

  • Return window: Within 90 days of receiving your order.

  • Return shipping: We cover the cost of return shipping if a defect is confirmed.

 

 Refund or Replacement

You may choose between a full refund or a free reprint—whichever you prefer.

 

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item or validate the defect.
